TOFFEE BANANA CAKE.
Prepare chocolate sponge cake 9”
For icing
350 gm Fresh cream
1 tsp Coffee Mocha
1. Beat till fluffy.
Banana ( riped pisang emas )
Chocolate topping
200 gm cooking chocolate
50 gm corn oil.
Melt chocolate first then add in corn oil by double boil method.
PREPARATION OF CAKE.
1. Slice cake into 3 layers.
2. First layer and 2 nd layer apply fresh cream and arrange banana.
3. The top layer apply fresh cream completely and refrigerate.
4. Melt cooking chocolate and pour on top of chilled cake.
5. Decorate as desired.
