CHEESFAIRLADY CAKE. RECEIPE


CHEESY FAIRLADY
Prepare  9’  sponge vanilla cake.

Cheese filling

1.   250 gm     cream cheese ( Philapeldhia / anchor )
2.   50  gm      butter.
3.   100 gm      icing sugar   ( sieved )

Method.
Beat all ingredients in a mixer till creamy ang then keep aside.

For icing and decoration.
250 gm.      Fresh cream  - beat cream till fluffy.
White chocolate scraped.


PREPARATION OF CAKE.

  1. Slice cake into 3 layers.
  2. Spread cheese filling on the 1st. layer of cake. Then sandwhich again. Repeat for the second layer of cake.
  3. Cover the whole cake with freah cream and decorate with scraped white chocolate.
  4. Decorated again with ribbon.( Decorated as desired )
