CHEESY FAIRLADY
Prepare 9’ sponge vanilla cake.
Cheese filling
1. 250 gm cream cheese ( Philapeldhia / anchor )
2. 50 gm butter.
3. 100 gm icing sugar ( sieved )
Method.
Beat all ingredients in a mixer till creamy ang then keep aside.
For icing and decoration.
250 gm. Fresh cream - beat cream till fluffy.
White chocolate scraped.
PREPARATION OF CAKE.
- Slice cake into 3 layers.
- Spread cheese filling on the 1st. layer of cake. Then sandwhich again. Repeat for the second layer of cake.
- Cover the whole cake with freah cream and decorate with scraped white chocolate.
- Decorated again with ribbon.( Decorated as desired )
